概念设计到作品呈现，传承与创新结合 

        和府御堡自去年12月份公开发售至今已将近一年。而当初，从三赴美国、数十次方案的优化到五年磨一剑、只为不负时光的作品等等雀跃于眼前的文案都已开始渐渐模糊，最后并将消失殆尽。而替代这些文案的，却不在是纸上的作品，不再是当初萦绕于心的忧虑。眼前实实在在的三栋纯粹的Art deco艺术装饰风格的珍本建筑已完美呈现。至于纯粹，终究如何实现？    

    三赴美国，五年磨一剑，并不是空穴来风。多次观摩纽约帝国大厦、克莱斯勒大楼，只为汲取纯粹的Artdeco艺术装饰美感，更是传承其百年内涵。有人说，时光淬炼的艺术总能将城市美学推向更高层次，并且重新定义美学旋律。和府御堡正是如此，不轻易下手，不轻易妥协。方案的多次修改，只为建造一座真正适合当前需求的产品。而重新定义美学旋律，更是体现了和府御堡的传承和创新，那是与时俱进的产物。

 建筑外观与品质内涵匹配

       和府御堡外观设计上挺拔俊朗、奢华沉稳，细节上注重石材和高档面砖搭配及近乎苛刻的工艺水准，楼体上对称的造型、垂直的线条、凹凸变换的立面浮雕效果及气势恢宏的的建筑顶部尖塔式造型的营造，在为业主营造尊贵高档的社区形象同时体现出一座真正的艺术化精品住宅应有的精华。从这段话中，和府御堡已经把眼前三栋建筑风格描绘得淋漓尽致。      

    而纯粹，并不止步于建筑外观。要说建筑外观只是表面功夫，那么实实在在的建筑用材、户型设计、园林景观便体现了它的真正内涵。这里并没有提到采用什么样的户型和建筑用材才算得上是纯粹的Art deco艺术装饰建筑风格。因为对于建筑风格，只是相对于建筑外观而言，内在的用材用料以及户型设计其实并没有一个确凿的标准。但并不能否认的是，这些内在匹配同样发挥着重要的作用。正是这些因素，才得以实现传承和创新融为一体的产物。

何以纯粹  不忘初心

     和府御堡一期正以完美姿态呈现，而二期将紧随而来。二期将用什么样的方式绽放，又将如何延续一期的精彩，已是板上钉钉的事情。但终究不忘初心，方得始终。只有不忘初心，才能得以纯粹，只有不忘初心，才能开发精彩生活。
